GLENN HALE

I inherited my love for photography from my father. I would tag along with him on site visits and would watch him develop his work in our basement darkroom. 

     My first camera was an analog Nikon Nikkormat and later a Nikon FTN. I enjoyed landscape photography and taking pictures at sporting events.

     After college, a career in seafood sales took me around the world. t

That and a growing family - wife Betsy and two sons - didn't leave much spare time for Photography.

     Fifteen years ago, my passion for photography resurfaced. I traded my film equipment for digital and replaced my darkroom with a computer and large format printer!

     Most of my work is focused on Rockport & Gloucester Massachusetts where the ocean and ideal lighting has provided many great subjects. Also, I have been fortunate to travel to locations around the United States as well as having the opportunity to shoot in England, China, Norway and Iceland.
